Mobility Program Initiation Memorandum
With the introductory memorandum to the Mobility Programme, the Council determines the starting point for a new Mobility Programme, which must be drawn up. This outlines a political framework for the future mobility system, which Stichtse Vecht is not equipped for with the current municipal traffic and transport plan (GVVP). Sustainability aspects also play an important role here. This mobility program stems from the environmental vision and is intended to replace the GVVP from 2013. 1 organization has registered to speak on this topic.
Motion Together Stichtse Vecht and Het Vechtse Verbond – History after 1850 is also relevant for archaeological policy and expectation map
The committee discusses the proposal from Samen Stichtse Vecht and Het Vechtse Verbond. The parties believe that history after 1850 is also relevant and should be included in the archaeological policy and expectations map.

Design and cost estimate new Broeckland College
On 2 February 2022, the preparatory credit for the new construction of Broeckland College and the temporary accommodation and realization of a beach handball court was set by the council. Last year, these plans were further elaborated in collaboration with Broeckland College, Willibrord Foundation, Broeckland College’s closest neighbours, HV Nijenrodes and Stichtse Vecht municipality. This has resulted in a final design and a detailed cost estimate. To realize the plans, it is necessary to make the implementation budget available. The school has chosen to make use of their client rights. The proposal to the council is:
· To provide an implementation credit of €23,700,000 for the realization of the new building of Broeckland College.
· To provide a budget of €1,270,000 for the realization of the temporary accommodation.
Enter a budget of €1,170,000 to cover the early depreciation
Proposal: PvdA ‘love in welfare’
PvdA wants to discuss the proposal ‘charity in aid’ in the committee and would like to hear the other parties’ reactions to this proposal. The party argues that the cost-sharing standard from the Assistance Act means social benefits fall if people start living together and that people on welfare do not live together because they fear their income will be cut. With the proposal, the PvdA wants to instruct the municipal council to investigate the possibility of giving people on social assistance ‘room to get to know each other’ for a period of time without being cut back on assistance benefits or losing them completely during that period. the cost sharing standard not relevant.
