Our team in Rotterdam is growing and is looking for a driven architect with demonstrable experience in various phases of the design process. One who works with enthusiasm and persistence to maintain and carefully realize architectural and structural quality in the development of both new construction and renovation.

From our office in Rotterdam, we work on a wide range of wonderful projects in and outside the region. Our team consists of 35 employees in the functions: urban planners, architects, designers, project managers, academy students and interns. In some projects there is close collaboration with designers and consultants from the team in Eindhoven and Groningen.

What do you want to do?
· As an architect, you work in project teams of different sizes and with several disciplines on projects within the residential area, urban planning, education, care, renovations and strategic advisory processes;
· you prepare technical designs from the DO phase;
· you are a sparring partner for the designers in the preceding phases, and you also occasionally contribute to this;
· you are the co-point of contact for our customers and ensure the maintenance of a good relationship;
Depending on experience, a role as project manager is possible;
· you are responsible for keeping track of and sharing relevant developments within our field.

We are looking for someone there
· has 3 years of work experience in a Dutch context;
· has a completed HBO degree in Architecture + experience from an architectural firm or still has a technical background at TU or the Academy;
· is available at least 32 hours per week;
has an affinity with KAW themes, such as neighborhood renewal 3.0, social housing, education and care;
· can work with the ArchiCAD program is an advantage;
· works structured and can model well in 3D and knows what it takes to make models at predetermined BIM levels;
· has an enterprising and inquisitive attitude;
· want to work with full conviction about our designs, both in the design and development phase;
· has a sense of responsibility and can work independently;
· Very good command of the Dutch language.
